    Your strategic plan includes your advertising message, your position in the market, a description of your target audience, and tactical recommendations to implement. I spend time to thoroughly understand your business’ needs, goals, product/service, and target audience, and consider who will be responsible for implementing this plan, as the skill set, knowledge and time commitment are all important – and often overlooked – factors to success.
